Have you tried Silk’s Fruit&Protein line yet? They are available in Mixed Berry, Strawberry Banana, and Mango Peach. These offer a good source of protein with 5 grams of protein per serving and also a great source of calcium, vitamin D & vitamin C. I recently had a chance to try these out for myself and I thought they were all wonderful. I don’t think I have tried a Silk product yet that I’ve been disappointed in.
