I got the opportunity to try Wanchai Ferry’s newest flavor, Beef & Broccoli. It comes with tender beef strips, broccoli florets, red peppers and water chestnuts, rice & sauce. It was really fast and easy to prepare and very tasty too. If you’re in the mood for Asian cuisine, but don’t want to eat out, then these frozen entrees are just the thing! My favorite thing about this dish is that it doesn’t include MSG, none of their entrees do. Look for the entrees in the freezer section of your local grocery store.

I’m already a big fan of Red Gold products, so when I was contacted by them asking if I wanted to post a giveaway, I jumped at the chance. One of my favorite people in the world introduced me to Red Gold Tomatoes several months ago. She is into gardening big time and even cans her own produce, including tomatoes. She told me that when she runs out of her own tomatoes, the only kind of canned tomatoes she’ll buy is Red Gold. So, I tried them for myself and they are great. Personally, I didn’t realize that Green Giant took all these “green” steps and I think that’s great. I’ve always loved Green Giant products and this makes me like them all the more.
