I spent New Years Eve day running around to stores using up coupons that expired at the end of the year and stocking up. My freezer was getting empty but after this run, it is completely stuffed again! I ran to Food 4 Less to get Chuck Roast & potatoes and ended up finding a few other bargains. I’m always amazed at some of the awesome deals Food 4 Less has!

• 12 Jimmy Dean Sausage Rolls 16 oz. $.68 ea WHAT A DEAL!!!!, Used 2 $1.00/1 Qs (only 2 pictured, I didn’t feel like handling 12 frozen blocks/rolls twice lol)

• 2 Eckrich Bologna 16 oz. $.78 ea, Another bargain!

• Chuck Roast $1.98 lb, about 6 lbs $11.60

• 2 Hiland Sharp Cheddar Cheese 16 oz. $2.98 ea, Used 2 $.25/1 Qs

• 2 Land O Lake Buttery Spread $2.14 ea, Used 2 FREE Qs

• Cabbage $.48 lb about 2 lbs. $.90

• Celery $1.28 (too high a price, but after my Jimmy Dean bargain, I was happy to pay that!)

• 10 lbs. Potatoes $1.48 (not pictured)

• Final Cost $30.10-Awesome price, the Jimmy Dean Sausage ALONE would have cost that at its regular price!

I don’t shop at Food 4 Less very often and every time I go back I wonder why I don’t go there more often. They have a lot of unadvertised deals that really make it worthwhile to stop by and check it out. I was very happy with my buys on this trip.

• Folger Country Roast Coffee 34.9 oz., Marked down to $5.98, Used $1.00/1 Q (is it just me or has coffee gone way up in price? It seems weird to me that $6.00 is a good deal for Folgers, so I’m glad I had the coupon to go with it lol)

• Vegetable Platter with Dip, Marked down to $1.98 (great price for such a huge platter, customers were buying these by the case when I was there!)

• Head Cabbage @ $.48 lb., so $.86

• Final Cost $20.17

I finally made it back to Food 4 Less. Every time I go back, I find some sort of deal there that makes me wish I went there more often. But how many stores can a gal go to every week anyway!?

• 2 Bananas $.38 (I know, I know, who buys just 2 bananas)

• Pork Country Style Ribs $.88 lb. (over 7 lbs, so $6.69) I came to Food 4 Less for these ribs. I throw them in the crock pot and a few hours later, presto!

• 4 Oscar Mayer Chicken Breast Deli Meats, Marked down to $1.28 ea, Used 2 $1.00/2 Qs (boy, I wish I had more room so I could have gotten more of these, but my frig & freezer are just bulging with all the great deals I’ve gotten in the past couple weeks!

• Final Cost $10.77

I don’t go to Food 4 Less very often, or I hadn’t in the past, but I’m usually pleasantly surprised when I do go. I think I’ll be adding Food 4 Less to the list of places I shop every week.

I don’t normally go to Food 4 Less, it’s usually so crazy busy there, I tend to avoid it. But I went there yesterday for a few Labor Day deals and found some other great deals while I was at it! I think I’ll need to go there more often!
