Leah, the site is getting slammed from all the traffic, I had to refresh the page several times to get it to load. You might want to check back. when i finally got to the payment page it will NOT accept my voucher. i get a message that says Error: Gift Certificate is either invalid, expired or has a zero balance! Needless to say I am not very pleased right now.
Leah, it says in the fine print “Voucher may be redeemed within 24 – 48 hours of purchase” so it probably hasn’t been activated yet.
I received an email from plum district that the website has been so slammed that it will take at least 48 hours to redeem. I will say that plum district does have excellent customer service 🙂
