I started out two years ago this month with the idea of getting to the root of who I am as a person. I am thrilled to report it has been an absolutely amazing journey and continues to be so every single day. I wake up every single day feeling blessed and connected with the world. My ultimate goal was a simple one, it was all about Finding Fritzie and living a happier, healthier life. As a result of this ongoing journey in my life, I have lost over 150 pounds, I eliminated many things I didn’t need and I gained a brand spanking new perspective along the way.
