So, I haven’t done a whole lot of shopping since the tornado here in Joplin, but I’m slowly trying to get back into the groove of things and will begin posting my trips again on a regular basis. I didn’t start out with any Register Rewards today, so I did the following transactions in the order below to minimize my out of pocket cost:

I was finally able to get out and do a little shopping yesterday evening (yes, that was my exciting Friday night lol) and I started off at Walgreens only to find it completely wiped out of all the deals. Not surprising, considering it was near the end of the week. I guess if I’m going to snag any deals there, I better shop there very early in the week. 😉 Anyway, I ventured off to Dillons and was happy to find it fully stocked, so I was able to get everything I came for and even picked up a few unexpected deals! I had a chance to run to Walgreens this evening to take advantage of the rare 15% Off Friends & Family Coupon (good today only 3/31) & thought I’d post my deals in case you haven’t had a chance to go yet and wanted a few ideas. My Walmart Deals 3/12 & Experience with the New Coupon Policy

I’ve been really anxious to try out Walmart’s new coupon policy and I was able to try out two different stores with varying results. Personally, I have almost always had trouble using coupons at Walmart in the past so I cut way down on my shopping trips there. But I was excited about the changes in their coupon policy and was more than happy to give them another shot. 😉 I haven’t had a chance to try and use Walgreens Register Rewards tat Walmart yet, but I’ll report back when I do. Anybody else had any recent Walmart experiences? Feel free to share. 🙂

He said yes, the coupons were fine because they were good on any size. And then he looked at them both and said that they should both have copies of the new coupon policy at their stations and that they should review the policy again. Thank you, my thoughts exactly! 🙂  )

I had a few Register Rewards that I had accumulated from the Neuragen monthly deal and they all expired on the same day. So, I was kind of aimlessly wandering Walgreens’ store aisles when I ran across the most wonderful Clearance Sale! This was a great find for me, because I seem to have really bad timing with these sales, I rarely run across them in time before they are sold out. They had quite a large section of Toys & Gifts all 75% Off. These kinds of sales are great to stockpile for gifts or to give away to worthy causes.

So, I haven’t been going to Target very much the past few months simply because I just hadn’t been having a whole lot of luck there. I only have one Target in my area & the last few times I went, prices were ringing up wrong at checkout, the coupons weren’t coming off correctly and stock was always wiped out. Well, with all the good deals going on this week, especially the Frozen Food Deal I gave it another try earlier this week. I was very happy this time with my trip, everything went very smoothly! It went so well, in fact, I may even go back one more time this week to see if I can snag a few more good deals! 🙂
