ok so i purchased one of the Nutty Guy Certificates for $10 and it processed on my card. when do i get the certificate to use and how. it said it would be valid starting on 12/2 but i assumed i would get an email with the certificate or i could long in and see those purchased… but i cant seem to find where to do that. is everything ok or is something wrong.

If you haven’t received an email yet, you should also be able to do this: at the upper right corner, you should see your name. Click on the arrow to the right of the name & click on “My Groupons”. You can also call customer service 1 (877) 788-7858 (during normal business hours, central time) if you’re still having issues, they’ve always been really helpful.
