I took a quick trip out to Walmart this morning to pick up a few items and was thrilled to find it wasn’t busy! If there’s one thing I really like, it’s a quiet store. Lol

I decided to make one more Dillons trip before the sale ends. I never was able to take advantage of the great deal on the Bumble Bee Tuna (free plus overage after coupon), but that’s ok. There’s always another deal! 😉 Note: All prices below are after the Mix & Match Sale ($4.00 off 8).
Note-The following manufacturer’s coupons printed out at the register this time:

For those not familiar with Target coupons, you are missing out! Target has printable coupons which can be stacked with Manufacturer’s coupons for even more savings. You can print them directly from Target’s site HERE or from Organic Grocery Deal’s nifty Target coupon generator HERE. I’ve heard reports that some people have trouble with Target taking different coupons, it is their policy to accept both their coupons along with manufacturer’s coupons. They now have an Official Coupon Policy HERE and they’ve also updated their Price Matching Policy (again!) HERE. Their corporate number is 1-800-440-0680 if you ever have any issues, they are always happy to help out!

One of the questions I get asked frequently is “Where do you get your coupons?” This is a multi-answer question because there are a lot of different sources. Contacting companies is a great way to get coupons in the mail. You can target products you like and get coupons you can really use! Companies are always interested in hearing from their customers and a lot of them will mail coupons when you ask. When I email companies, I tell them something specific that I like about a particular product. It doesn’t take long at all to do this and if you set a goal of say, emailing 5 companies a week, it’s a great way to add more coupons to your stash. And another thing about the coupons that companies send is they generally have very long expiration dates. I haven’t contacted companies for a long time, so a couple weeks ago in between doing my grocery ad match-ups, I emailed a batch of several different companies. Here’s the results:
