UPDATE: The price on this set has now dropped even further to $1.88! I’ve gotten my set, have been experimenting with it and love it! I picked up another set to use for craft decorating projects.

So, I have never been able to stand artificial nails, they’ve just never worked for me (I guess I’m too fidgety of a person), but I’ve always enjoyed pretty nails. While I was out & about today, I stopped in at Aldi to pick up a few things. It was absolutely packed with people, so I didn’t get a chance to browse around a whole lot, but I did notice that they had some Halloween clearance and a few other miscellaneous items marked down. It was just too crowded to get much of a look, but I did pick up a couple cans of frosting while I was there.

During my Price Cutter Shopping trip earlier today, I kept my eyes open (as always) for any coupons in the store. I was hoping to run across $0.50/2 tearpad coupons for the jet-puffed marshmallows. I did see where they had been on an endcap display, but unfortunately, they were already completely wiped out. But, while I didn’t find that one, I did run across this great new Kellogg’s & Keebler Holiday coupon booklet! So, I finally made it to Price Cutter today. I really wanted to get there a lot earlier to take advantage of the hot Red Gold Tomatoes deal, but it has just been kinda crazy the last few days, so I didn’t have a chance to get out until today. I voted, so I finally had a chance to run a few quick errands while I was out. Most of the Red Gold products were completely wiped out (no surprise there), but I was happy that I was able find some left in stock.
