One per household, while supplies last. NOTE: I had a heck of a time figuring this one out. A page came up for me, but it didn’t have a form to fill out so at first I couldn’t figure out how to get the sample. I tried a couple different internet browsers & got the same result. I finally went back & just clicked on the page on the coffee mug in the “Fair Trade” tab & lo & behold, a form came up for me to get the free sample. I did this using Google Chrome.
