There’s two great things abut this coupon: one, there are no restrictions so it can be used on ANY Revlon Beauty Tool and two, this is a manufacturer’s coupon and prints without a Target logo so it can be used anywhere interet coupons are accepted. I’m thinking this would be a great coupon to use at Walmart, the packs of emory boards or small nail clippers should easily be under $2.00, so you’ll get free product AND overage with their new coupon policy.
