This holiday season you can keep in touch with friends and family with a little help from Mrs. Smith. Head on over to their site and send a fun holiday e-card. You can send a festive card to up to 50 people and each person who receives this fun e-card can also print a coupon for $1.00 off Mrs. Smith’s Pies. I sent out the pretty blue one and loved how easy it was to send a little holiday cheer! What I especially love is that Mrs. Smith’s pies are generously donating $1.00 for each pie sold in November and December. Mrs. Smith also provided pies to Operation Homefront over the Thanksgiving holidays, awesome! Operation Homefront is a really fantastic non-profit organization that supports military families in a number of ways including  finanacial assistance, home repairs, food supplies and so much more.

I received a coupon to try out a Mrs. Smith’s pie of my choice and I went with one of their Pre-Baked Pies, the Dutch Apple Pie. What really appealed to me about these pre-baked pies were how easy they are. They are the perfect pie to bring along because no baking is required. When I got mine, I put it direectly in the refrigerator to thaw and tried it out the next day. I have to say, it was really good and was far better than I expected. What suprised me was how good the crust was. To me, it was  way better than those pies you pick up at the grocery store in the bakery. From now on, I’ll be bypassing those store pies and opting for Mrs. Smith’s pre-baked pies instead. They have a big variety of pre-baked pies to choose from too including: Dutch Apple, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Coconut, Blueberry, Cherry and Peach. I love all the options!

And now, for the fun part, a GIVEAWAY: I have one Mrs. Smith FREE Pie coupon to give away to one winner so one of you can try out a pie of your choice for yourself! In addition and even more exciting, Mrs. Smith will also be making a $20.00 donation to Operation Homefront in the name of the winner of this giveaway.

Required Entry: Leave a comment on which Mrs. Smith pie you would try and why.

And don’t forget to follow Mrs. Smith on Facebook and Pinterest to keep up with all their latest news and promotions. No purchase necessary to enter, a winner will be selected randomly via random.org. Open to U.S. addresses only. Ends 12/12 11:59pm Est. This giveaway is in no way associated with Facebook. Good luck!
