If you’re looking for more healthy choices when eating out, then you might want to consider Bob Evans. They recently launched their new “Fit From the Farm” line. Every meal on Bob Evans Fit from the Farm menu is 650 calories or less and is designed specifically by Bob Evans’ Fresh-Thinking Chefs so that you could – if you so desired – eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at a Bob Evans Restaurant and still stay safely within a government recommended 2,000 calorie-per-day diet. Check out their Fit from the Farm menu HERE. I got a chance to try out a selection from their menu and I went for their Veggie Omelet. This omelet included fresh baby spinach and onions & the eggs were made with Bob Evans Egg Lites, their no-cholesterol egg blend, then topped with diced tomatoes. It also came with a fresh fruit dish and a slice of wheat toast with jelly. The omelet was quite yummy and the meal as a whole was a very satisfying breakfast. I would select this again and was surprised that the whole meal was less than 300 calories. It was nice to go out to eat for breakfast and not feel guilty about it the rest of the day. 😉 Be sure to check out their Facebook page HERE and sign up to get their emails and you’ll have access to their latest promotions & coupons.

Note: I received a Fit From the Farm Kit which included a free meal in order to do the review. As always, opinions are 100% my own.
