I can’t figure out how to sign up as an individual… there seems to be just “business” and “teacher” options.

According to Office Max, anyone is eligible to sign up for the Business Membership. I spoke with customer service on this awhile back and they told me that anybody could sign up for the MaxPerks Business & if I were a stay-at home mom, I could put that under “Business name”.
