Found the tearpads here in Springfield. I love .39 cent cheese!

I just bought 4 Kraft Singles & 1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Mini and I did NOT get a Catalina. It was not marked anywhere near the cheese in my Dillon’s – I shop in Joplin, MO.
I also didn’t get a tear pad.
I was so looking forward to $5 back.

Brandi,
I’ve had trouble with this catalina too (see HERE), but I called Cataliina Marketing and I got mine in the mail within 2 weeks (and it had a long expiration date too). You can you can email Catalina Marketing HERE or call them at (877) 210-1917. Have your receipt ready.
