Now here’s a place I never thought I’d end up, Walmart on Christmas Eve. Yikes! I had all my Christmas shopping done, but I found myself low on food with a big snowstorm coming. So, I headed down to Walmart very early and was able to stock up on some supplies.
This week at Walgreens ended up being about spending Register Rewards before they expired. I had several that all expired by 12/25, so I needed to use them all up today. The deals for the last 2 weeks at Walgreens have been really unspectacular, so I ended up using my old RRs on other things this week. It was a lot of fun! On another note though, as much as I love Walgreens, I sure wish they would close on Christmas Day to allow their employees the day to spend with their families.

I thought Target was going to be crazier than it was earlier this week, but it was a lot better than I thought. They had a a lot of cashiers, so I was able to get in & out of the store pretty quickly. And while a lot of what I was looking for wasn’t in stock, I was still able to find a few great deals.
